Since 2024, Dan, Jackson, Naylor and Otto have been forming their vision, with DIY recordings and sensational live performances across their hometown of Sheffield. Their distinguished brand fuses Otto’s technical fluid grooves, Naylor’s punchy rhythmic bass, Jackson’s dreamy and expert guitar, with the words of surreal emotional lyricist McGrail.
In early 2025, tellyeaters debuted their first EP of the same name, which was recorded and mixed entirely by the band. The EP gained remarkable traction, allowing the band to gig heavily throughout Sheffield, with an impressive run of sold out headliners throughout the year. The single ‘Previous Business’ was later released in June, gaining recognition from local magazines and radio. With the new addition of Oscar on guitar and samples in late 2025, the band continue to evolve and refine their unique sound.
